By accessing or using TourStack (“the Service”), operated by Egida LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

TourStack is a free college search and exploration tool that aggregates publicly available information about four-year colleges and universities in the Northeast United States. The Service provides campus tour availability, admissions statistics, cost data, and outcome metrics sourced from the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard and publicly accessible institutional portals.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means beyond normal browsing
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, abusive, or objectionable content

4. Intellectual Property

The TourStack name, design, and original content are the property of Egida LLC. College data displayed on TourStack is sourced from publicly available datasets, including the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard, and is subject to the respective data providers’ terms. Individual colleges and universities retain all rights to their institutional information, names, and trademarks.

5. Disclaimers

TourStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any college or university listed on the platform. The Service aggregates publicly available data and presents it for informational purposes only.

While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data displayed on the Service. Tour availability, admissions statistics, costs, and other institutional data may change at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Egida LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
